About Ms. Reilly
Ms. Reilly grew up in Cedar Grove, New Jersey, before attending Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, where she earned a bachelors degree in English. While attending Marist, Ms. Reilly spent a semester studying in the land of her father's relatives: Ireland. After graduating, she began teaching seventh grade English Language Arts in Paterson, New Jersey, where she was trained in various reading and writing strategies and teaching methods. The following year, Ms. Reilly returned to her hometown to teach twelfth grade English Language Arts for three years. Once Ms. Reilly commenced her masters degree in English as a Second Language, she knew that it was the field she wanted to focus on for the rest of her career. She is passionate about teaching the English language and helping students feel comfortable in their new home.
